Prefabricated ferroconcrete frame, a successful construction technology for the 3rdmillennium

As result of long-term experience and permanent collaboration with architects, a system of Prefabricated Ferroconcrete Frame has been developed for use in housing and civil construction, for building of schools, sports grounds, industrial and administrative construction, etc., in every direction the system enables a free application of all functional and architectonic objectives of a skeleton construction.

This system has passed 40 years of a successful development on national-wide scale, construction works were implemented for CZK 30 billion and for many years it has served its end-users. It complies with the fundamental economic conditions of an industrialized construction process and makes an open-end universal building system.

It is designed on the lines of a classic complex prefabrication (alternatively on the semi-prefabricated post-concreting technology as well), it is independent on climatic conditions and reduces construction time and cuts down on building costs.

In terms of static values the Prefabricated Frame (PF) corresponds to monolithic structures. Prefabricated units are manufactured in permanent and/or ambulatory plants, with a substantial saving on workforce on building site and costs of construction.

On housing developments and municipal areas the PF brings in a large layout variability as well as variability of perimeter walls, ease of assembling options and a unified system together with the needed graduation of heights. It enables to follow on classic construction technologies and attains good results both in concentrated and dispersed building construction and easy transportation and assembly.
