the universal prefabrication building system SKELET

The principle of multi-purpose prefabricated frame (PF) is a universal frame node with a continuous horizontal structure fixed in position with the head of the lower and foot of the upper column. A straightforward stringing of the bearer and welding the protruding reinforcement to the upper column bracket safeguards structural stability and allows for all-year assembly.

There are three types of bearers, each of several lengths, and columns in several heights of which single- or multi-aisle assemblies of different construction heights may be composed.

The classic prefabricated frame PF with the continuous floor structure enables both the performance of a fully assembled node in required cross-sections of bearers and floor panels, as well as a combined semi-assembled "composite" structure based on the principle of "lost formwork prefabricated floor beams with post-concreting process".

In terms of static values the PF corresponds to monolithic structures. Prefabricated units are manufactured in permanent and/or ambulatory plants, with a substantial saving on workforce on building site and costs of construction.

The PF continuous floor structure node allows for the application of more sorts of skeleton prefabricated and semi-assembled systems (Czechoslovak patent # 100381, Austrian patent # 222308) "Self-service stabilization prefabricated frame system"- it utilizes the weight of construction to increase self-stability.
